MBIT offers mandatory training to all its volunteers to ensure they are: -Professional -Responsive -Well-prepared for any urgency and self-protection This free training is exclusively available to registered MBIT volunteers. The training includes: - Etiquette, Professionalism, and Ethics - Communication: Email, Public Interactions, and other communications - Social Media Handling - Leadership: From Start to End - Personal Safety and First Aid Training - Emergency Response - Fundraising NOTE: To obtain the MBIT Volunteer Badge, you must complete all these trainings by watching the videos and passing a quiz with a minimum score of 80%.
