Biography:

Dr. Nilufar Islam is a licensed civil engineer in multiple states in the US and Canada, and with 17 years of experience in engineering, a recipient of multiple national awards in Canada for public speaking.

Dr. Islam is a philanthropist with a passion for giving back, leading multiple social work projects, including Project Nurjahan, dedicated to child nutrition in Bangladesh for optimal child brain development.

She is also the founder of Miss Bangladesh in Training (MBIT), voluntarily serving as a pageant coach since 2020. As a dedicated mentor and trainer, Dr. Islam has worked with various pageants, including Miss Teen Bangladesh, Miss Aura Bangladesh, Miss World Bangladesh, and Miss International Bangladesh, empowering young women to achieve their goals.

She has held leadership roles in the Engineering Association and Canadian Water Resources Association, earning the prestigious Young Professional Award in 2018 in Canada

Dr. Islam will teach multiple class on pageant advocacy, speech, and social media etiquette!
