How MBIT Inspired Me to Take Leadership Roles!

The comprehensive training I received from MBIT in 2024 was transformative, equipping me with a wide range of skills that extend far beyond the basics. From catwalk and makeup to social media management, Q&A techniques, etiquette, and social media fan engagement, MBIT's training prepared me for diverse challenges.

MBIT not only honed my skills but also instilled in me the confidence to take on leadership roles in various projects. Their encouragement and guidance propelled me to spearhead initiatives, fostering my growth as a leader.

One notable experience was developing my own project, which aimed to promote female leadership through girls' education. This opportunity allowed me to apply MBIT's teachings in a real-world setting.

Furthermore, as an MBIT volunteer, I participated in relief efforts following the devastating 2024 flood in Lakhsmipur. This experience taught me valuable lessons in resilience, teamwork, and community service.

Most importantly, MBIT instilled in me invaluable values such as authenticity and patriotism, reminding me to prioritize my country's well-being.

Recently, I demonstrated my leadership skills by contributing to the Quota Movement. I collected blood donations and assisted injured students during protests, leveraging the skills and confidence gained through MBIT's training.
